Electronic Public Notice

Public notices of the Company are made by electronic means in accordance with provisions of its Articles of Incorporation. However, if the Company cannot make public notices by electronic means due to an accident or any other unavoidable event, public notices will be made in the Nihon Keizai Shimbun.

Current Notices

No statutory public notices are issued at present.

Since the Company is a company that is required to submit financial statements, it does not post public notices regarding financial results on its website in accordance with Article 440, Paragraph 4 of the Companies Act.
Meanwhile, balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements are available on the "IR Materials"section of this website.
